Production Scheduling/Controls Department develops and maintains an Integrated Master Schedule, working closely with Project Managers, Quality, Engineering and Plant Manager to ensure timely project execution.
At Mitternight we have implemented a Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls System. Utilizing Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Mitternight provides and maintains well-constructed, logic driven production schedules and reporting functions to ensure an on time delivery.
Through the implementation of detailed planning and schedule and sound technical decision-making we ensure the availability of project resources and shop loading to accommodate a realistic construction schedule. Our scheduling and project controls reporting functions are a few of the tools we use to effectively manage day-to-day operations associated with construction and delivery of various types of pressure vessels.
